Paul the Apostle wrote four letters in prison while he awaited to be executed for his faith in Christ. Those for letters- Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians and Philemon- were filled with doctrine, insight, love and most importantly, passion! The letter to the Colosse church is a beautiful blend of theology and practical living. It reminds us today that Jesus must always be preeminent in our lives.
